Megacity, Mexico City / "Moving capital"

Mexico city, "Moving Capital" appears as as one of the actual 25 megacities that within the next 10 years will be overpass by the new world megacities, all of those new megacities will be appearing in Asia; mainly China and India.

What can we learn about from existing megacities in terms of infrastructure, governability, mobility economy and sustainability?

For more than 30 years New York, Tokyo, Mumbai, Rio, Mexico City and others have remained as the world megacities facing the mayor social, economic, health and environmental challenges.

Remeber H1N1 in Mexico City?

What about mobility?

Only at Mexico city 20 million trips occur every day, while trying to ground a bicycle mobility strategy for Megacity a bicycle industry appears as the key arrowhead to enhance the use of the two wheel vehicle, not possible to achive an apparently simple goal without creating a complete industry.

What does it mean to become some of the mayor population centers wrldwide?

Is it an opportunity to plan regions and to develop sustainable countries?

We think, yes, this is the chance to share the "Megacity Lab"
